Three steps — request, confirmation, attendance. No ambiguity, no surprises.
Submit your appointment request via the contact form or by calling the office directly during business hours. A team member will confirm your slot within four working hours and send a written summary of what the meeting will cover. On the day, you will meet the same person who confirmed your booking — not a substitute unless we have notified you in advance. Appointments at our Kismayu Road office are available Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:30, and Saturday mornings until 13:00. For clients who cannot travel to Garissa town, we offer telephone consultations at the same scheduled slots.

A structured first meeting to understand your requirements, map your current situation, and agree on next steps. Suitable for new clients exploring any of Villagegrovev's service or product lines. No fee — we consider this part of doing business properly.
A mid-engagement check-in for clients with active service contracts. We review what has been completed, what remains, and whether the original scope still reflects your needs. Changes are documented and agreed in writing during this session.
For clients who wish to view and select products in person before committing to an order. Our team member will walk you through available stock and lead times, and can advise on alternatives if your preferred item is temporarily unavailable.
